We currently ship to the UK only at the moment.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped using Evri or Royal Mail services with tracking information provided.
– UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 48/Evri service.
– International orders are shipped with tracking (delivery times may vary by region).
Processing Times
– Non-personalized products: 5–7 business days
– Personalized/custom products: 10–15 business days
Estimated Delivery Times
– United Kingdom: 2–4 business days after dispatch
– International: 7–14 business days (may vary depending on region and local postal service)
Shipping Costs
– United Kingdom: £3.50
– International: £11.00–£16.00 (depending on destination)
Customs and Import Duties
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply according to their country’s laws and rates.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Each order is shipped with a tracking number if one is provided by Royal Mail or Evri . You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at gaz@layerworx3d.co.uk so we can assist you promptly.
Additional Information
– We do not offer local pickup at this time.
– Custom-made items are non-returnable.
– In other cases, returns are accepted at the customer’s expense and only after contacting us first at gaz@layerworx3d.co.uk.
